readthispalm is an earnest little photoblog (with a hand fetish).

readthispalm wants to read your palm--your secrets, your jokes, your mantra, your messages to the world (political, critical, inspiring), your messages to someone in particular, your personal reminders, your grocery list...

readthispalm doesn't need you to be clever. readthispalm is truly interested in what your palm looks like in its own shape and size, with its unique little wrinkles. so, read this palm doesn't mind if your message maybe isn't so interesting.

readthispalm wants to see your face, or not. your photos can be anonymous or revealing. readthispalm trusts your judgment.

readthispalm doesn't like meanies, and while readthispalm wants you to be honest and provocative, readthispalm will not post hateful messages. readthispalm will defer to its own finely calibrated moral compass when making posting decisions.

readthispalm is ambitious and wants you to send as many photos as your little palm desires. readthispalm wants your friends and family (grannies, babies, etc) to send photos too.

readthispalm likes to photograph the palms of strangers on the street, but readthispalm can only be in one place at one time (also, readthispalm is very shy), so read this palm needs your help...

submit to readthispalm

readthispalm asks that you follow these submission guidelines:
-email your palm photo as an attachment to readthispalm@gmail.com. the message may be in any language, however it must be legible.
-in the body of your email, please include:
your age (optional) AND your location (city, state/country)
if your palm message is in a language other than english, you are welcome to include a translation into english in the body of the email. readthispalm will include the translation in the photo caption.

once you email your photo, it becomes the property of readthispalm.
readthispalm is good at keeping secrets and will not reveal your identity or use or distribute your email address for any purpose.
